Whilst I work across all verticals and marketing channels, I do work predominantly with service providers (think wedding photographers, mindset coaches, web designers, nutritional therapists) and product-based brands (think beauty, e-commerce, health, wellness and lifestyle) that are positioned towards a female audience.
I recommend booking your spot a minimum of 1 month ahead of when you require your copy. This gives us plenty of time to work together to ensure I have plenty of information from you about your business, market and audience, and have ample time for research, creative ideation, planning and drafting before I jump into writing. This also means we can factor in 2-3 rounds of revisions into the timeline, so you can be absolutely happy with the final copy you receive from me.
Yes! I prioritise providing a personalised experience for each client, so my availability each month is limited. It’s worth enquiring in advance if you know you need your copy in a few months time. If you're working on a tight timeline, reach out to to find out about my rush fees.
As a freelancer, my workload each month is always fluctuating! Some months are busier than others, so it’s always worth reaching out to enquire about my current availability. Of course, larger projects such as brand voice development, big websites and sales pages have longer lead times but usually I can squeeze in smaller projects (like audits, social captions, emails, blog posts) last minute, even if I’m close to fully booked.

Yes. For website copy projects, I include 1 x SEO keyword per page as standard. Any additional SEO keywords and optimisations will be charged at an additional hourly rate on top of the project fee.
I always work in Google Docs as I find them super easy to share with my clients and go back and forth with them via comments. I can provide the final approved copy in any format you’d prefer, some clients like to receive a PDF or Word Doc, for example. They then lift the copy into whatever platform they/their designer is working in.
I offer 2-3 rounds of revisions depending on how long the project timeline is. Whilst most clients are happy after the initial round of revisions, there are of course, sometimes extra tweaks that need to be made to finalise and perfect the copy before it’s ready for the big, wide world to read. Any extra rounds of revisions are charged at my hourly rate.
Across every copy project you will only pay 50% up front, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project (typically around 1 month later). Across larger, more expensive projects, if you need to divide the payments up further (into 3 or 4 instalments, for example) just let me know and I will see what I can do to make the investment a little easier for you.
A signed contract, completed briefing quiz and 50% deposit is required before I can kick off work on your project (the remaining 50% will be charged upon completion of the project).
I’m based in the UK, just outside of London. I work with clients globally, as far away as the US and Australia. I can work with your time zone, currency and write in either American or British English, whatever you prefer.
